Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of most of our products (like spices, pickles, vadiyalu, oils, etc.), we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is expired or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item must be shared via email or WhatsApp
